Yoga Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa Yoga is a yoga style, where you move from one posture directly to the next. There is a flow in a Vinyasa yoga session, although the specific poses and flow rate vary from one instructor to an other. This transition is coordinated with your breathing and the breath literally moves your body.

Υin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga / asanas style. Yin Yoga emphasizes the preservation of asanas for a long time, accompanied by sounds and mantras. The course often includes breathing techniques, as well as meditation and relaxation practices.

Props are used, such as pillows, bricks, bolsters, in order to avoid muscle tension and to completely relax the nervous system.

Yin Yoga affects the connective tissues of the spine and the hip joints, where emotional and physical tension accumulates. It develops the flexibility of these areas, releasing tensions and balancing the nervous system.

At the physical level, it restores and increases the natural mobility of the joints, in areas of the spine, the pelvis and the legs.At the energy level, it unblocks the body's energy channels, achieving the free flow energy.

Its slow rhythm allows us to connect more with our breath and mind. Thus we come face to face with ourselves and our habits, we gain more self-knowledge and we feel well and deeply relaxed.

Yin yoga is suitable for people of all ages.

Aligment Yoga: is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.Aligment Yoga often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing asanas (postures). The props enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimising the risk of injury or strain, and making the postures accessible to both young and old.
