By investing on their education, we build a better world. As a child becomes familiar with the principles of yoga, he or she becomes a balanced personality. Yoga teaching should be adjusted to the age level of each group. The teaching of the physical yoga postures taken from nature and animal kingdom are very attractive to young children.

Therefore, yoga can be a joyfull practice while children play and strengthen their bodies as well. Techniques like creative children’s visualization are very familiar to them as the rich imagination and the pure mind they already have help them to contact easily the vibration of a higher energy through yoga experience. In yoga teaching, respiration techniques help children to realize the marvelous strength of pranayama and prepares the consciousness awakening of tomorrow's adult. From an early age and through the pleasant activity of play the children contact the principles of yoga and learn how to breath properly and how to respect their bodies, getting the training to grow stronger and also relax body and mind by a guided relaxation properly tailored for their age group.

Aligment Yoga: is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.Aligment Yoga often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing asanas (postures). The props enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimising the risk of injury or strain, and making the postures accessible to both young and old.

Acro Yoga: is a joyful practice that aims to connect us again with the child within us. It relies on the power of acrobatics, wisdom and spirituality of yoga, flow and creative synthesis of dance. The ultimate purpose is primarily to entertain, to recognize the fundamentals of Acro yoga, to communicate with our fellow men and to learn a little more about ourselves.

Our Centre has been running since 2006 as a non profit organization emphasises on physical and mental health, including Hatha Yoga Classes, Yoga Retreat Crete - Greece and Yoga Teacher Training Courses Crete - Greece.
