About our Online Programs
Terms & Policies
As an educational institution, we have boundaries and standards that are reflected in specific rules and regulations for all our retreats and training programs. We kindly ask you to read and accept the following, as they will support the smooth and harmonious running of the program you have selected.

1. Every participant in retreats or training programs is required to complete the registration process and submit all necessary information prior to the start of the program.
2. A place in the program is reserved after a deposit of 30% of the total program cost has been paid. (The cost of the program is set at specific price.The cost of accommodation and meals is determined according to your accommodation choice)
3. The remaining balance is paid upon the participant’s arrival.
4. All payments must be made in euros.
5. The deposit is non-refundable.
If the participant is unable to attend the retreat, the deposit may be transferred to a future program or yoga retreat.
6. Participants with any injury or health condition are requested to contact the main consultant of “Breath of Life” Yoga Center online before booking.
Please inform us about your medical history and your doctor’s opinion so that we can provide you with the most appropriate care.
7. Participants must be over 18 years old.
8. The program is delivered in both English and Greek.
9. Participants are expected to follow the program rules as well as maintain respectful behavior toward the facilitators and other members of the group.
In cases where these rules are not respected (including verbal, physical, or psychological aggression toward others), the management of “Breath of Life” reserves the right to request the participant’s polite withdrawal from the program, without further obligations.
10. During the program, participants are asked to follow a simple and comfortable dress code, without excess.
(Comfortable, loose clothing appropriate for practice.)
11. Questions raised by participants during the program must be related to the content of the training or retreat.
12. Female participants are requested to inform us when they are on their menstrual cycle (for yoga programs), as certain postures and techniques are not recommended at that time, such as shoulder stand, headstand, viparita karani, kapalabhati, uddiyana bandha, etc.
13. All participants must arrive at the program venue at least 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
14. The use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco is prohibited during the programs.
(Smoking is allowed only outside the program venue.)
15. Any assistance participants may need will be provided in every possible way.
16. No other activities are allowed during the program. For personal conversations or topics unrelated to the course, participants will have free time outside the official program schedule.
17. Retreat and training programs are conducted with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants.
18. “Breath of Life” Yoga Center reserves the right to cancel the program at any time if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if a major event beyond our control occurs before the start of the program.
In this case, participants may either transfer their deposit to a future confirmed program or receive a full refund.

(Drop-in & Monthly Memberships)
To ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience for all students, the following rules and policies apply to all online yoga classes.
1. Registration & Access
- Online classes are personal and non-transferable.
- Access to each class is granted after the completion of payment (drop-in or monthly membership).
- Zoom links and login details must not be shared with third parties.
- Students receive a confirmation email with all necessary information after booking.
2. Drop-in Classes
- Drop-in passes are valid only for the specific date and time selected.
- Transfers to another date are not available unless the class is cancelled by the studio.
- Students are advised to log in at least 5 minutes before the class begins.
3. Monthly Memberships
- Monthly memberships are valid for 30 consecutive days from the activation date.
- They include unlimited access to the designated weekly online classes listed in the membership description.
- Missed classes by the student cannot be transferred to the next month.
- Memberships cannot be frozen, except in cases of health-related issues and upon communication with the studio.
- Auto-renewal is available only if the student opts in.
4. Cancellations & Absences
Drop-in Classes:
- Payments for drop-in classes are non-refundable.
- If the instructor cancels the class, students may choose between a refund or transfer to another date.
Monthly Memberships:
- Refunds are not provided for missed classes.
- In case of class cancellation by the studio, an extra class or membership extension will be offered.
5. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for:
- A stable internet connection
- A functioning device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- Basic knowledge of using Zoom
The studio is not responsible for technical issues originating from the student’s equipment or connection.
6. Disclaimer
- Online yoga classes support general well-being but do not replace medical advice, physical therapy, or professional treatment.
- Students participate at their own risk and are encouraged to:
- listen to their bodies,
- avoid movements that cause pain,
- inform the instructor of injuries, pregnancy, or special conditions (before class).
- Pregnant students must notify the instructor before participating.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information is used solely for managing the classes and communication.
- Data is not shared with third parties.
- Classes are not recorded unless the group is informed and has given consent.
8. Respect & Professional Conduct
- Please ensure you practice in a quiet, private space.
- Keep notifications and background sounds muted.
- Stay on mute unless speaking to maintain a peaceful class environment.
- Mutual respect and kindness create a supportive yoga community.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a drop-in class or monthly membership, the student confirms that they have read and agreed to the above policies.

Safety Guidelines & Terms of Use for Online Psychotherapy
Online psychotherapy offers flexibility and access to a consistent therapeutic space, regardless of your location. To ensure safety, quality, and ethical practice, the following guidelines and terms apply.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Your privacy is a fundamental priority.
- Everything shared in the session remains strictly confidential.
- Sessions are not recorded or stored.
Notes are kept only when therapeutically necessary and are securely protected with limited access. - All procedures comply with GDPR requirements.
- Exceptions to confidentiality apply only when required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, reports of abuse involving minors or vulnerable individuals).
Safe Session Environment
A secure therapeutic space is a shared responsibility.
For the session to run smoothly:
- You are asked to be in a quiet, private environment free from interruptions.
- The use of headphones is recommended to enhance confidentiality.
- Sessions take place through an encrypted, data-secure online platform.
The therapist ensures equivalent privacy and stability from their side.
Therapeutic Framework
- The duration of each session is set at 60 minutes.
- The frequency of sessions are mutually agreed upon at the start of the therapeutic process.
- Online psychotherapy is not an emergency service.
In situations requiring immediate support, please contact local emergency services, your nearest hospital, or an appropriate crisis line.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain consistency and respect for the therapeutic process:
- Cancellations can be made without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend the session are charged in full.
Technical Issues & Alternatives
If a technical issue occurs:
- We will attempt to reconnect immediately.
- If re-connection is not possible, an alternative time or method of communication will be arranged when feasible.
Suitability of Online Therapy
If it is determined that online therapy does not adequately support your safety or therapeutic needs, an alternative form of support or in-person session may be recommended.

Every student (participant) is requested to complete the Application Form and submit the required information before the start of the course.
1. Registration and Access
Registration for each course is personal and non-transferable.
Upon completion of payment, the participant gains access to the course materials for the period specified in the course description.
Login details (username and password) are strictly personal and may not be shared with others.
2. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, manuals, PDFs, audios, texts, exercises, etc.) is the intellectual property of Breath of Life Yoga Center and the course creator.
Reproduction, distribution, copying, recording, or uploading of the material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Enrollment in the course implies full acceptance of this clause.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
A place on the course is secured only after full payment has been received.
Refunds are not available, except in the case of course cancellation by the center.
In exceptional cases (e.g., illness, technical failure of the platform), participation may be transferred to another course or future round, upon agreement.
4. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and basic knowledge of using digital devices.
Breath of Life Yoga Center is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from the participant’s equipment or connection.
5. Disclaimer
The courses are designed for educational and therapeutic support purposes, but they do not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Participants take full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being during the practice.
Please consult a professional in case of injury, mental health condition, or pregnancy.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information (emails, payment details, personal data) is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Breath of Life Yoga Center complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Course Modifications and Updates
The center reserves the right to modify course content, duration, or schedule if deemed necessary.
Participants will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions.
9. The participants should be in good physical and mental health.
10. Students on this course should have previous experience in yoga practice of at least 2 years and a testimonial from his/her yoga teacher.
*11. Students who have any kind of injury or health problem, before your booking, we suggest contacting the main consultant of “Breath of Life” Yoga Center.
*Please let us know your health history and your doctor’s opinion in order to give you the care and the treatment which is the best for you.
12. The students of this course should be over 18 years old.
**13. The course will run in English.
**For Greek students, additional supportive notes and audio practices in Greek are provided after enrolling in the program.
14. During the online Y.T.T course, it is preferable not to join any other educational program.
15. The effectiveness of the course or progress of students is based on the physical and intellectual capability as well as the standard of living of students, in which they been living and adopting.
Hence, the students have to be aware of the changes that the course will bring about in their lives. For the better adoption of the new knowledge, you can have the opportunity to chat with your instructor privately upon request.
