Hatha Yoga: comes from the Sanskrit words "Ha" means sun and "Tha" means moon. "Ha" represents the sun's energy in the universe and corresponds the physical energy in human. "Tha" represents the lunar energy in the universe and corresponds the mental-emotional energy in human. The purpose of Hatha Yoga is to balance these two actions, for fitness and calm mind. Hatha Yoga exercises the body, improves breathing and helps concentration.

In "Breath of Life" Yoga Studio are running daily traditional hatha yoga classes by several certified yoga teachers. Asana, pranayama, chanting, relaxation techniques for all levels and ages. The aim of hatha yoga teaching is to focus on body strengthening and flexibility as well on self awareness and the balance of body mind and emotions through the yogic techniques The basic principle in traditional hatha yoga is the respect of the body limits.
